Not only do they have years of experience playing and coaching, they all have a passion for helping others discover the best within their God given abilities, through hard work, positive focus and inspired wisdom. They are all dedicated leaders with a servant’s heart.

WHAT IS THE NEXT LEVEL DIFFERENCE? Unlike most every other training organization, all of our coaches go through a very in-depth Background Check and must complete a NLSG Coaches Certification that is required every year to stay updated on the latest and best practices. The background checks include a thorough state and federal criminal history check and several reference checks. The NLSG Coaches Certification consist of classroom and on-field training, including coaching philosophies, consistent terminologies, skills development, drills, individual, group, team and camp management, player assessment, overall protocol and procedures and much more. We do not take it lightly that we have a true privilege and responsibility to lead others. Regardless of their ability or skill level, every player is important to us and are worth the extra measures taken to better equip our coaches and staff to lead them well.
