NOTE: Regardless of what sport you are preparing for, this performance training program gets athletes prepared by focusing on the following. Every athlete will working of Speed & Agility, becoming more Explosive, gaining Strength & Endurance, gaining Muscle Mass, and by analyzing individual Nutritional Plans.
WHAT TO BRING? In addition to your gear, wear athletic attire, sports shoes, turfs, and / or cleats, and BRING WATER!
