WEEKLY CLASSES! NLSG is going beyond the diamond to increase speed for all sports by offering a 5-week* Speed & Agility class. NLSG is excited to offer this NEXT LEVEL SPEED & PERFORMANCE training to all athletes in the Northeast Dallas, East Dallas, Lake Highlands, White Rock, Garland, Mesquite, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Richardson and Wylie communities.
Join Coach Quinton Haynes and Coach Brian Lonergan for a speed & performance program that will focus small groups on a curriculum that will build fast twitch muscle fibers, high speed coordination, proper balance, timing, and legs & core strengthening / conditioning. These classes will be open to age groups 8 to 14, with groups leveled by speed and ability to help push each group to the Next Level of speed and coordination.

OVERVIEW:
• Each class will be limited to 8-10 spots. All program participants will have 8 sessions and will choose 2 sessions** per week at the time of sign up.
• Full Program participants will choose 2 sessions per week at the time of signup and will have priority signup if they need to change any dates.
• Weekly participants will choose 2 sessions at the time of signup.
• All sign-ups are subject to the above limitations.
FORMAT: Workouts are conducted in a group format, providing opportunities to beginners and those competing in advanced levels as well. Each athlete is evaluated to measure progress in their development, allowing the coaches to the opportunity to work with their class while they are still able to provide individual attention. It is recommended that each athlete attends at least 6 – 8 workouts to establish the understanding and disciplines that will help improve their fitness, speed and ultimately their performance. Prior to their first workout, each player must submit an online Speed & Performance Registration Form completed with parental/guardian consent (signatures required).
As classes grow and the demand increases, additional days and times may become available. If you are interested but the current days & times do now work with your schedule, please let us know what will work so we can use that information when we add additional days & times. |
